The Jewish Women's Circle of Henderson provides women from all parts of the Jewish spectrum with the opportunity to come together in a non-judgmental atmosphere, to explore their roots, broaden their knowledge of Jewish concepts, try new things, indulge their creativity, socialize, and meet new friends. The camaraderie, mutual support and respect that results, is the special spirit defining the Jewish Women's Circle.
Events are set around the new moon; celebrating the holiday of Rosh Chodesh, the new month, and it's special connection to women.
Each Women's Circle occasion will present a new activity where we will learn about Jewish women's traditions and practices. They will highlight the connection between our spiritual life and our lives as contemporary Jewish women in the modern world. It is also through these gatherings that we will honor the traditions and wisdom of the Jewish women who have come before us.
Join us for fun, educational and unique events throughout the coming year... No membership fee is required and all women are welcome, regardless of their backgrounds, affiliations, knowledge or level of observance.
