The High Holidays are a time of memory and reflection, renewal and celebration. Many people spend time over the holidays thinking about their loved ones who have passed away. It is Jewish tradition to gather as a community and call to mind these beloved memories as a part of holiday observance.

Each year, Chabad of Henderson compiles a Yizkor Memorial book containing  the names of our community's loved ones who have passed away. The booklet will be distributed during Yom Kippur Yizkor Services, giving us the opportunity to memorialize those whom we lovingly remember at this time, as well as during Yizkor Services throughout the year - even if you cannot attend the service.

Having all these names compiled in one booklet, as is customary in many communities, brings everyone together as one family and brings an added measure of dignity and merit to the souls of our loved ones.

Please have names in by September 6th. This date is firm so we have adequate time to compile and produce this special booklet. If you have difficulty with the online form, simply call the office at 702.617.0770, and we will be glad to help.

Names received after September 6th will not be included in the booklet.
